Main Objective
- This project aims to promote qualified and sustainable employment, strengthening the connection between companies and the scientific and technological system. By hiring 9 highly qualified human resources, Paysoft aims to:
1. Implement an innovation strategy focused on product/service innovation, by introducing the development of a new service;
2. Invest in the development of proprietary technological solutions with advanced functionalities and technologies associated with digital transformation (Artificial Intelligence; advanced data analysis and trend forecasting; integrators of other e-commerce systems; etc.);
3. Implement new marketing methods and adopt innovative methods in terms of work organization processes;
4. Develop projects and strategic partnerships relevant to the company's objectives;
5. Strengthen the team by hiring 9 highly qualified profiles, capable of implementing and realizing the innovation strategy outlined for the company's future, incorporating and valuing the knowledge of the human resources to be hired.
